I am Yakshini, a Classical Hatha Yoga teacher trained at Sadhguru Gurukulam (Isha Foundation) and a Certified Health Coach.

I have undergone 1750 hours of intense Hatha Yoga training in the beautiful ashram of Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore, India.

I have a proven track record in assisting individuals reverse their lifestyle diseases and autoimmune conditions through transformative practices of classical Hatha Yoga, metamorphic Foodbody workshops, and insightful 1-2-1 health coaching sessions. My approach is holistic and medicine-free, focusing on achieving inner well-being and long-lasting sustainable health.

I am one such life who believes we are all beholden to give back to our Mother the way she has upheld us in her purity and integrity!

I live, feel, and breathe yoga and my vision as a classical hatha yoga teacher is to connect people to the source of life in yoga, by yoga, and through yoga! I am the founder of Yogasanskriti CIC -Registered Company Number 15924339, a Non-profit Organisation with a mission to transform lives through powerful yogic tools designed by Sadhguru and metamorphic online health workshops for holistic well-being while utilizing the proceeds to feed the needs of those who can neither, eat nor sleep!

I am but an instrument in the yogic tradition to fulfill Sadhguru’s vision to offer these powerful tools and methods to anyone willing to explore well-being in all its integrity!
